Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings whether made by telephone or in person or via Internet Transaction. All rates are subject to availability, all bookings are taken at the discretion of Avantika Holidays. The opening times for Booking Reservations (+91-11-45645652) are Monday – Saturday 9.30am – 7.30pm. Calls may be recorded for training purposes.

Payment 30% advance payment at the time of registration and balance within 15 days prior to departure.

What happens if you need to cancel?
Bookings made via Himachal Packages Reservation (Unit of Avantika Holidays) Offices must be cancelled by calling +91-11-45645652 or by email.
Less than 35 Days but more than 14 days before the departure, the cancellation will attract 30% of the total package amount as deduction, Less than 14 days but more than 8 days before departure date will result in cancellation charge 50% of the total payment. As there will be no refund in case of cancellation within 07 days or less to the departure date.

Rates All rates quoted are subject to availability and include Value Added Tax & Services. Special rates quoted cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion.
